What we collect and why
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to share — such as your name, email, phone number, area of interest, timeline, budget, and (for home-value requests) a property address. We use it for one purpose: to prepare and send you the real estate information you requested, and — only with your express consent — occasional market updates.
Your consent and CASL
We only send commercial emails with your express consent, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured immediately.
Where your data lives
Your information is stored securely in Canada (with our database provider's Canadian region). We never sell your information, and we never share it except with service providers strictly needed to operate this site (such as email delivery), under confidentiality.
Analytics and advertising tools
This site may use standard analytics and advertising tools (such as a Meta Pixel or Google tags) that use cookies to understand site visits and show relevant ads on other platforms. These tools do not receive the personal details you submit in forms. You can limit cookies in your browser settings at any time.
