Who we are

This website is operated by Asal Matinsadeghy ("Asal"), a licensed real estate agent serving the Greater Toronto Area. Questions about this policy: asal@asalsold.com.

What we collect and why

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to share — such as your name, email, phone number, area of interest, timeline, budget, and (for home-value requests) a property address. We use it for one purpose: to prepare and send you the real estate information you requested, and — only with your express consent — occasional market updates.

Your consent and CASL

We only send commercial emails with your express consent, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured immediately.

Where your data lives

Your information is stored securely in Canada (with our database provider's Canadian region). We never sell your information, and we never share it except with service providers strictly needed to operate this site (such as email delivery), under confidentiality.

Campaign measurement

When you arrive through a measured advertising campaign, the link may contain an advertising-platform click identifier. If campaign measurement is enabled, we store that identifier in our own campaign attribution record for no longer than 30 days. We use it only for campaign attribution — to understand which campaign led to an action on this site. It is not uploaded to Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, or any other advertising platform, and it is not included in the personal details you submit in a form. This site currently uses no advertising pixel or advertising tag for this measurement.

You may request access to or deletion of a stored click identifier by emailing asal@asalsold.com. We will ask only for the information needed to locate the correct record and will not guess at another person's record.

Your rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — email asal@asalsold.com and we will act promptly.
